Taco Lime Grilled Chicken

We have decided to start a low carb diet and I will be sharing recipes as we cook our dinners. I did some meal planning yesterday. Tonight we will be making Taco Lime Grilled Chicken. I will add a picture tomorrow but below is the recipe.


Ingredients

3 Tbsp. taco seasoning

Fresh lime juice - 1/4 cup

Chicken breast- 1 lb


Directions:

Mix the taco seasoning with the fresh lime juice. I like to butterfly the chicken to have a thinner cut of meat. Cover the chicken with the marinade and toss them on the grill over medium heat. Grill them for 4 minutes each side. We are serving the chicken with a chopped salad. I really like the bagged fresh express bagged salads. They are easy and tasty. I will not be using the salad dressing as it has 9 grams of carbs and when I am doing low carb I choose dressing with 5 grams of carbs of less. Tonight I am to use mix some lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic for my own dressing. #lowcarb #freshexpress #healthy #fresh #easyrecipe
