Keeping Accountable

In all things in my life, I always see a better outcome if there is something holding me accountable. Whether it is a race day, the scale, deadline, you name it, it makes me perform better. I have been focusing on my fitness and health over the last several months, but I need to step it up as I have hit a point where nothing much is changing. I started to incorporate weights into my daily cardio work out but I just do not have the set up at home to accomplish what I need and want. So, I am signing up for a membership to a gym that is really close to my house. I am committing to the next 30 days, lifting a minimum of 5 days a week, an hour a session to see what results I get. I am posting about it to add another layer of accountability. So now there’s no going back, lol. I will post my progress over the next 30 days and if anyone wants to join me, reach out. That added layers of accountability are always a bonus.
